Employee Well-Being Program

Program offers career development, financial education, health and fitness challenges, employee recognition and appreciation activities, volunteer paid day off and much more.

Healthcare

We offer healthcare, dental and vision plans to all regular full-time employees and their dependents. Family Trust even covers the premium for employee coverage for some plans.

401(k) Match

We match your contribution dollar per dollar up to 3% of salary, then $0.50 per dollar on the next 2%. Company match is 100% vested as soon as contributions begin.

Life and Disability Insurance

We provide short-term and long-term disability, Basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment insurance all at no additional cost to our employees.

In addition to our Well-Being program, the EAP offers assistance with personal situations, planning for life events, legal support and more.

Paid Time Off
