Thank you for your interest in reserving Family Trust's Community Room. Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee a reservation. We'll respond to your inquiry as quickly as we can.

Remember - Never share your private information (member number or Social Security Number) on this form.

    To review the terms and guidelines for usage in full, please see the Agreement of Use for Family Trust Center Community Room. A summary of the guidelines is as follows:

    1. 1. Community rooms are available to York County businesses and non-profits.
    2. 2.The Community Room is typically available on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am - 4:00pm and alcohol is not allowed.
    3. 3. Requests will be on a first-come, first-served basis with credit union events taking priority. Space requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to an event, but not more than three months.
    4. 4. Family Trust will not provide space for political, religious or controversial activities.
    5. 5. Guests are responsible for their own audio & visual needs. Family Trust only provides a screen with an HDMI connection. Other A/V equipment is not available, and Family Trust will not provide IT support on the day(s) of your event.
    6. 6. You are responsible for removing all trash, boxes, etc. after event.

    Family Trust can provide a screen, but guests are responsible for their own audio visual needs including any extension cords.
